Now the time has finally come…. for the grand finale of Japan Odyssey 6! What better place to feature as the conclusion of this saga than the place known for the incredible Hida Beef? But as it turns out, there is a lot more to Takayama than we have anticipated for. You see there is Dango as well, a small grilled rice cake that is potentially quite delicious. But don’t forget the incredible buildings and architecture on display too! There is an incredible history to the way these dark houses are built. And will I finally be satisfied enough to return from Japan without crying at the airport? Probably not, but don’t let that stop you from enjoying this audio-visual experience about the incredible Hida Beef!
